Have you ever wondered what it’s really like behind the curtain of a cheese shop? It’s really just a bunch of ‘curd nerds’ talking about food, cheese, cooking, restaurants and alcohol all day! The Cheesemonger Invitational is a good representation of cheese mongers all over the world who get 
together and eat, drink, talk smack, drink and eat. All of these people are brought together because of the passions of one man: Adam Moskowitz. Adam lives, breathes, walks, talks and eats cheese morning, noon and night his whole life!
Now on to the winner of this year’s invitational: Miguel Vera! Well, technically he hasn’t won YET, but we’re pretty confident that his cheese haiku’s alone will bring the competition to their knees. Miguel will be traveling to NYC for a cheese-filled weekend, competing with some of the best cheese geeks from around the world.
