We host a range of diverse and informative classes throughout the year here at our shop as well as at local restaurants. We are also available for private classes at your home or at other venues. Each class is instructed by one of our resident cheese experts and includes generous tasting, notes, recipes and, in some cases, hands-on cheese making.
