Our Monthly Cheese Club is our way of letting you step into the shop and talk with the mongers made into a convenient and educational package. Each month the cheesemongers will put together a themed selection which will include three pieces of cheese (each averaging a third of a pound), one accompaniment, and a write-up which describes the cheeses and product and how they play well together. We have these ready each month on the third Tuesday for pick-up, delivery (on Tuesday and Friday afternoons, in Denver city limits), or shipment. Great for gifting or just trying new cheeses, this is available for purchase monthly with no commitment.
