Bruz Beers and Truffle Cheese will bring you an evening of amazing pairings of the finest beers and cheese. The pairing will include a pre chosen flight of four 4 oz Bruz beers paired with 4 different, carefully chosen cheeses with a cured meat and accoutrements.

Truffle Cheese Shop and Charlie from Bruz Beers will walk you through each pairing and discuss flavor profiles while you taste.
