Indulge your taste buds in a sensory journey as we explore the harmonious marriage between flavorful cheeses and our exceptional craft beers. Whether you're a connoisseur or just discovering the art of pairing, this event promises to delight your senses and expand your palate.

Irish Red Ale paired with Fontina cheese: An alpine cow's milk cheese from Italy. It is semi-soft in texture and medium-sharp in flavor.

Smoke Wheat Everyday paired with Alisios cheese: A blend between cow and goat's milk, this unique cheese from the Canary Islands is rubbed with paprika to give it a touch of spice and smoke.

Hefeweizen paired with Pistachio Pecorino Montalcino cheese: An Italian delight! Made with sheep's milk and pistachios from Sicily giving it subtle nutty and buttery characteristics.

Barley Wine paired with Little Friar Cheve cheese : A young fresh Spanish goat cheese. It is bright, tangy and a hint of sweetness.

The Truffle Cheese Shop expert cheesemongers have curated a tantalizing assortment of artisanal cheeses, each with its own unique character and taste. From creamy and mild to bold and tangy, there's something for every cheese enthusiast to savor.

Each pairing is $25 and comes with 4 taster size beers and 4 different slices of cheese that we intentionally paired. The pairing will be led by their Head Brewer, Dennis O'Harrow, and a representative from Truffle Cheese Shop.

The event starts at 6:00 PM.
